Returns

We accept returns for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused and undamaged

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase may be required

Non-returnable items:

  • Items with visible wear or damage caused after delivery

  • Hygiene-related products that were opened

  • Clearance / final sale items

Shipping Costs: 🚚
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
If the mistake is on our side — we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 3–7 business days).

Incorrect or Damaged Items: ⚠️
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
